Meet Your Virtual Assistant

Your Dedicated Support Partner
I have been supporting businesses since 2019 with their admin needs.
In 2009 I started working as an Admin Clerk at Bassingbourn Barracks. In my role there I created daily newsletters, programmes for the recruits graduation parades, input key information into reports for military personel and managed the stationary cupboard.
In 2010 I began my training as a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor which then lead to me working as a private therapist for 3 years. After the birth of my children I closed my business to focus on being a mum.
In 2019 I started my business as a Virtual Assistant.
Having worked in several roles requiring confidentiality I am experienced in ensuring the work I do maintains the privacy required for the clients I support.
Over the years my business has supported an education support company, several therapists, a podcast producer and a freelance writer.
This year I have been focussing more on my work with therapists. My personal experience as one means I understand the suupport required in this field.

ADHD
In 2021 I was diagnosed with ADHD. After the birth of my second child and then lockdown in 2020 I really struggled. Trying to homeschool and deal with a toddler with minor health issues I felt overwhelmed and wondered why I struggled so much in comparison to friends.
When a Doctor made a throwaway comment about ADHD, and then later the same day a Instagram connection shared an article about her own late diagnosis I had a lightbulb moment. A few weeks later a private clinic diagnosed me.
Now, in 2025, I have better understanding of my struggles and have put many things in place to support my working life and have been working on what support I need in my personal life.
I now support clients who also have ADHD or other neurodiversities.

Let's Work Together
When I ran my Counselling business I would often feel overwhelmed with the amount of admin I needed to do. Creating and sending out client information forms as well as then storing the information in a useful way. Booking or rebooking client appointments and confirming them whilst also seeing my clients felt like a nightmare! And don't even get me started on the stress of marketing and social media! At the time I was not aware of the existence of Virtual Assistants.
In 2019 when I needed work that worked around my children I was gobsmacked to discover the role of Virtual PA's. It was everything I needed when I was running my previous business!
I completed some training with the VA Training Academy giving me all the knowledge I needed to start and run a new VA business.
Now I support therapists who feel just as overwhelmed with all the admin involved in running a Counselling practice as I did.
