I am Lisa Partington-Webber, a Virtual Assistant with a passion for helping businesses thrive. 
With years of experience, both as an ex Counsellor and working in different settings in Admin jobs, I have the skills and experience to support your business whatever that entails. 
My goal is to take weight off of your shoulders and allow you to do to the work that you enjoy.

I know how difficult it can be to 'hand over' your business to someone you don't know. I've seen my clients struggle, continuing to do tasks for fear of losing control over their business. I've also had emails from the same clients, once they've done this, worrying that they don't know what's going on now they aren't doing it all. 

I never force my clients to hand over more than they're ready to. And if they do have these moments of worry, I am quick to update them, giving them the reassurance and update they need to feel in control again.

Administrative Support

  • Sending out appointment confirmations to clients
  • Ensuring clients receive onboarding forms and contracts 
  • Sending invoices - both to clients and health insurance companies (Aviva, AXA and Bupa) and chasing late payments
  • Creating and sending Zoom links to clients
  • Updating your CRM - ensuring client information is kept up to date
  • Sending invoices to Xero and reconciling payments helping you keep on track of your accounting

Social Media and Website Management

Stay visible online with Social media scheduling done for you. I can use new posts, and recylce old ones, to ensure your social media pages are kept updated so potential clients can see what you're doing, how you work and updates to your practice.

I can also add blogs to your website and recycle the information within them on your social media pages.

I have also helped clients make necessary changes to their website (Wix, WordPress, IONOS) - lowering costs of going to their website manager - to ensure information stays relevant.

Email Management

Do you have hundreds or thousands of unread emails in your inbox? No problem. I can sort through these deleting old ones, unsubscribing from unhelpful mailing lists and organising your emails into folders. 

When you are on holiday I can monitor your emails so you don't miss enquiries. 

If you are unwell I can keep your clients updated allowing you to recover without worrying about cancelling/rearranging appointments.

Diary Management

Do you feel overwhelmed with managing client appointments? Or, do you double book yourself? 

I can spot mistakes, rebook clients and even book your personal appointments for you. With access to your diary I can keep it working for you instead of against you. 

Other Work

Freelance Journalist

Do you have a portfolio or website that shows off your work? I work with a freelance journalist and when she has completed an article I upload it to her portfolio and save a copy to pdf meaning she never loses her work if the original article gets moved on the owners website. 

Quantity Surveyor

Whilst working with a Chartered Quantity Surveyor I have assisted with small measuring jobs as well as creating a database of nationwide tradesman who can support with jobs on housing association properties. 

Ad Hoc

I recently supported an Appliance technician build his visibility and customer base. I created him a google business account allowing potential customers to find him more easily. I was also able to increased his workload by reaching out to local estate agents who may require his services which gained him extra contracts and new work within 7 days of us reaching out.

Everyone has systems and websites/Apps that they prefer and I never force a client to use something they're uncomfortable with. I would train myself in your system than make you use something that would cause you more stress. Here are some of the systems I frequently use with clients or within my own business:
